The Quaker Shop is an opportunity shop in Adelaide providing opportunity for everyone.

Opportunity for volunteers

• outlet for all sorts of skills interaction with friendly people (such as customers and other volunteers, a mix of non-Quakers and Quakers)

Opportunity for recipients of the money raised

• new and improved skills
• better water supplies
• health care
• enhanced quality of life

The money raised is distributed to a number of charities including Quaker Service Australia and the Australian Refugee Association. Recipients live in Australia, Africa and Asia.

Saleable goods (not furniture or electrical items) can be donated at the shop or placed in the bin near the Wattle Park shops.

Excess goods are passed on to other worthy causes.
